Aug2013 13

Lee has just returned from Bude where he volunteered for 2 weeks on a brilliant project delivered by the ASA and supported by the RLNI. The campaign is aimed at improving safety of your children in the sea and sea-pool. Children who are aged between 7 and 14 and can swim 25 mtrs can have a free session with the team! This includes a safety talk from the RLNI, then in the provided wetsuits they enter the sea-pool under the watchful eye of the ASA teachers and are treated to a 30 minute sea survival lesson. once they are all dry and out of the wet-suit participants are given a free goodie bag with a T shirt and swimming hat along with a number of other great gifts. This project runs until 30th August 2013 so get down to the sea-pool in Bude if your near by. Well done to all the teams from the ASA and  the RLNI.
