Lee and Keith have been working with Water Babies on the development and implementation of the PDD. The PDD is to be used as a development tool for new and existing staff, they will cover all areas of the Water Babies business and gain a firm understanding of the products and services provided to the franchise network. We might even see Keith in the pool sometime soon.
